Quotations

Before any project we will provide you with a cost quotation that will not change unless the specifications of the project change.

Any text, which contains more than 10,000 words in the original language, will be quoted for on a "special project" basis.

Rates

We evaluate documents to be translated on a number of factors:

** level of technical difficulty

** turnaround time

An "Express charge" (usually 30%) may apply to projects with very tight deadlines, and these charges are evaluated individually.

Translations

When a project has been completed, we make a computerized record of your materials in order to use the same terminology for future projects. This record can be also used for any revisions that you might want to make in the future.
